1. Overview
At Sareeva, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We take great care in curating and delivering high-quality sarees, lehengas, and ethnic wear to our valued customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
- The product should be free from stains, perfumes, body odors, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or made-to-order products, including stitched or altered sarees and lehengas.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or seasonal discounts.
- Accessories such as jewelry, bindis, and handbags unless received damaged or defective.
- Any fabric that has been cut or used after delivery.
- Intimate or sanitary items such as petticoats and innerwear.
Partial Refunds: In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted:
- Sarees, lehengas, or dupattas with minor defects that do not affect the overall wearability.
- Any item returned without its original packaging, tags, or missing components.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If rejected, the item will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank to check for any pending transactions.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted, sale, or promotional items cannot be refunded.
4. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges if:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item is unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once we receive the returned item.
- If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
6. Shipping & Return Instructions
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Depending on your location, the exchange or replacement process may take 10-14 business days.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe returns. Sareeva is not liable for lost return shipments.
